1. 領隊會議 Team Leader’s Meeting

2. 開幕抽籤儀式 Opening Draw
　 日期Date：2005年11月4日November 4, 2005
　 時間Time：下午八點整 20:00 PM
　 地點Location：台北富都飯店二樓宴會廳 Taipei Fortuna Hotel 2nd Floor Banquet Hall

3. 閉幕酒會 Closing Banquet
　 日期Date：2005年11月6日 November 6, 2005
　 時間Time：下午八點整 20:00PM
　 地點Location：台北富都飯店二樓宴會廳 Taipei Fortuna Hotel 2nd Floor 宴會廳

4. 頒獎典禮 Awarding Ceremony
　 頒獎典禮於比賽現場冰面上進行。
　 The Awarding Ceremony will be held on ice at the completion rink.
　 所有獲獎選手請穿著比賽服裝領獎。
　 All the medal skaters shall be wearing competition costumes.

5. 交通Transportation
籌備委員會將免費提供所有參賽代表隊職員與裁判抵達與返國機場接送服務。
(每一會員國限一趟服務)
The Organizing Committee will provide the airport pick up service (Arrival & Departure) FREE OF CHARGE for all the participating members. (One round trip for each ASU member nation)
籌備委員會將自2005年11月5日至6日免費提供所有參賽代表隊職員正式飯店與比賽現場定時交通車接送服務。(敬請配帶識別證)
The Organizing Committee will provide the scheduled shuttle bus service from November 5-6, 2005 to/from official Hotel – Competition Rink for all the participating members.(ID pass shall be verified)

6. 食宿 Meal & Accommodation
籌備委員會將自2005年11月3日晚餐至7日早餐，提供所有裁判人員於指定飯店三餐食宿。
The Organizing Committee will provide FREE meals & accommodation for all the judges and referees from 　 Dinner, November 3 until Breakfast, November 7, 2005.
