All the meals & accommodation will be responsible by each participating team. All the bookings shall be made via the Organizing Committee with discounted rates. The cost is as followings (per person / per night):
Single Room: USD 150/per night (Inc. tax and 3 meals)
Twin Room: USD 100/per night (Inc. tax and 3 meals)
Reservation can be made through OC only before November 2, 2007.

PAYMENT
All expense shall be paid off upon the arrival of team delegates. USD Cash and Credit Cards are both acceptable. Any booking cancellation before 15 days will be charged the cancellation fee for 100% room charge.
